Homemade Sausages
Make sausage at home in a mixer boneless chicken 300 gm grind into fine paste
Pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon
Chili powder 1 tea spoon
Salt 1 tea spoon
Oregano 1/2 tea spoon
Crush it
Tandoori masala 1/4 tea spoon
Maida 2 table spoon (all purpose flour)
Corn flour 1 table spoon
Soya sauce 2 tea spoon
Mix it well
Chicken paste is ready
Little oil
Make sausages
Roll it tightly
Cover with foil paper
Roll it tightly
Put sausages in boiling water
Cover and boil for 20 minutes
Remove the foil paper
Sausage is ready
Perfectly cooked
Let’s fry and check
Perfect texture
Soft perfect sausages
Serve the sausages as you like
Can be stored in freezer for 2 weeks

Cucumber Salad
Today we're gonna be doing a cucumber salad now this is my favorite salad of all time it goes with like almost everything possible that you could think of I love it with salmon and fish and other sorts of dishes but it's really fresh. It's got good crunch and very delicious. So no further ado let's get down to recipe
So we're gonna start off by chopping up two cucumbers I love me some cucumber and it's really fresh and it's got good flavor so we're gonna be leaving the skin on these cucumbers and we're gonna go ahead and cut them long wise and then. We're gonna turn it to the side and give it a chop now we're gonna add some fresh tomatoes.
We're gonna go ahead and give those a dice now you want to go ahead and dice up two tomatoes now you want to finely chop a half of an onion so we're gonna cut about one cup of cilantro you want to go ahead and give it a nice chop.
So I used a little over a half of a can of corn this is going to add some sweetness to it and you know the pop of the corn adds great texture to it we're gonna drizzle about three tablespoons of olive oil now you want to go ahead salt and pepper go ahead and season to taste.
Now you just want to go ahead and give everything a stir it's very simple. This is the easy recipe it's great as a side that's how I like to eat it with. But you can also what I do with little leftovers I add some ham and some cheese to it and this could be a very healthy meal if you're you know getting on a diet very easy to do and I hope you try it.

Coleslaw Salad Recipe
Today I am going to make coleslaw salad. Here is the stem of the cabbage. So whenever we talk about salads. There are many salads which we would have heard about but we’ve never tried. One such salad is the coleslaw salad. This is a fine shred. Coleslaw means cabbage salad which literally means that.
It’s called koalsla in Dutch where Koal means cabbage and slas means salad. This has become very popular in America and is served as a side dish. To make coleslaw, we need cabbage, you can shred it in thin stripes or you can also chop it.
You can use a regular or a purple cabbage too. It’s a fairly simple salad as it doesn’t take much time. I’m adding some shredded carrots, lots of colors. I’ll add some thin cut capsicum. You can add all 3 colors, Coleslaw has a hint of onion.
The best is to grate the onion and add one spoon of it. The onion won’t come into the mouth; you’ll only get the flavor. I’m not making very traditional coleslaw, thus I’m adding some green onions to it. They are very tasty. Coleslaw is mayonnaise based dish, I’ll some mayonnaise.
Mayonnaise is very thick, to lighten it up I’ll add some milk.
Milk just add a good flow to the mayonnaise, and helps it to mix in the salad easily. It’s a good and important step. Now to spike it up
Some mustard powder,
Some pepper powder,
Salt according to the salad,
And some sugar,
Which gives a good twist at the end
The combination of salt and sugar add a good balance. At the same time, what am I forgetting?
Lemon juice!!
The sourness of the lemon juice helps to balance out the sweet and salty taste. You can add vow what or apple cider vinegar which have their own taste. But lemon will also do just fine.
Now is the time to just mix everything, gently lift and fold it. You can use a spoon or a fork easily. It doesn’t take much time, mix it gently. There you go, there it is. Let’s plate it now.

Coleslaw is a cabbage salad, but you can add any other vegetables that you like. Apples pineapple and grape, go great with the coleslaw salad, any fruit will go well in a coleslaw salad.
Whenever you make a salad, you can either cut it in thin strips, or you can chop it too. If you don’t want to cut the carrot, you can grate it too. A coleslaw salad should be consumed within two days. You can use it as a side dish or a filling for a sandwich.
