1 onion.

80 ml oil (1/3 cup).
Fry for 3 minutes.
4 potatoes.
Stir & fry 10 mins
until potatoes are tender.
6 eggs.
add potatoes to egg mixture.
Salt.
mix everything together.
cover with a plate, set aside for 10 mins.
2 tablespoons oil.
Fry for 3-4 minutes, high heat.
turn over with a plate.
